Intermediate Level Class—Knowledge and experience with beadweaving

Description:  3-hour class:  Beadweaving is basically done with needle and thread, seedbeads and larger beads.  This course will introduce you to a pattern called “PRAW or Prismatic Right Angle Weave”.  It is a beautiful pattern that you will enjoy making once you understand the steps.   Basics of beadweaving skills is a prerequisite for this class.

Materials Needed:

1)     Bead Mat

2)     4 mm fire-polished or 6/0 seed beads

3)     11/0 seed beads to coordinate with beads above

4)     Size 10 or 11 Beading needle

5)     Fireline—black, although can use crystal if using lighter colored beads

6)     Scissors (sharp! For cutting FIRELINE ONLY!)

7)     Clasp
